One (1) kick-off session to {1} Discuss your preferences, priorities, personality and style, {2} Set-up a budget and provide cost analysis for the Hawaii market; and {3} Offer specific advice and support.
Provide five (5) additional planning sessions to discuss your ceremony & reception planning, timeline, floor/site plan, and presentation of personalized design boards for the full wedding day.
Unlimited consulting via phone and email with the Mango Season Weddings' lead planner and team.
Service provider/vendor sourcing, vetting, recommendations and referrals.
Personal attendance to vendor meetings and initial selection of vendors based on your needs.
Collection of vendor proposals and contracts for review.
Provide payment calendar for all vendor deposits, payments & due dates, and assist you with tracking vendor expenses for future payments.
Managing all venue site visits.
Creation of a wedding website and assistance with content and wording.
Access to our online client planning software for 24/7 planning management.
Support with the design and mailing of Save The Date announcements and wedding invitations, as well as RSVP management.
Selection of wedding attire and accessories, if necessary.
Provide design, selection, and planning support for all décor, favors, and wedding party gifts.
Assist with the creation and design welcome bags for out-of-town guests.
Create detailed timeline, 2D & 3D floor/site plans, and reception seating chart.
Follow-up email and/or phone call to all contracted vendors 2-3 weeks prior to the Client's wedding day.
Assistance running last minute wedding day errands.
Assembly of the following items: Save The Date cards & wedding invitations (addressing and postage is an additional fee), Welcome Bags (includes delivery of welcome bags to final destination), Ceremony Programs & Escort Cards, Guest Favors & All Signage.
Supervise & coordinate wedding rehearsal.

Absolutely! In fact, we prefer it because then we can really dig into what your desires are for your venue, match it to your design aesthetic, and find the right date to fit travel schedules and seasonality. We are a "start when we book" wedding planning company, so the sooner we can work together from the very beginning of your planning process, the better.

Definitely. During our initial planning sessions, we will make sure we have very detailed knowledge of your preferred vendors and we’ll work to select the very best vendors to fit your desires, your budget and your personality. We will present these hand-selected vendors to you for your final confirmation and sign-off on each vendor.

No. We always have you sign your vendor contracts and pay your invoices directly so it’s clear to the vendor who their client is — and that’s you. However, we will always vet your contracts and invoices to make sure everything you are signing and any payments you might make are aligned with your final choices. Should we need to hold your credit card on file for incidental payments or to make it easier for you to green light payments as we go, we will always discuss this with you before we agree to support you in this way.

We can absolutely help you plan a wedding in less than 6 months! :) However, we do take each expedited wedding on a case by case basis. Our advice is to discuss the planning portion of your wedding day first and then move into how entertainment will match all your planning desires. At our planning consultation, we’ll discuss both services and then provide you with a customized proposal/quote.
