Abbi & Julien's wedding was exactly what you'd expect from two people who fell in love at a CrossFit gym in California — full of joy, laughter, and an infectious energy that lit up the night. Their two-day celebration kicked off with a mini-engagement shoot at her parents' beachfront home in Mokuleia, where the ocean breeze and golden light made an epic backdrop for the start of a beautiful weekend.
The wedding day itself unfolded at the gorgeous Loulu Palm on the North Shore of O'ahu, where sun-drenched yellows and the whimsy of wildflowers — bright & untamed — set the mood for their intentional, California-meets-Hawaii vibe. When the dancing started, our sister company Mango Season Music brought the house down with a customized rendition of Billy Idol's 'White Wedding' crafted just for the couple and continued on with salsa and Spanish language music to honor Julien's Mexican heritage. While the couple and their crew brought their boisterous, brilliant energy to the whole damn night, it was their beloved pup Kona who stole the show, naturally.
